Coventry’s Adult Education Service is recruiting a Programme Manager for Health and Social Care programmes in Coventry and Warwickshire,

We are looking for a Lecturer Level 2 (Programme Manager) to manage, deliver and quality assure courses in Health and Social Care which will include young people’s programmes, apprenticeships and First Aid. You will be responsible for managing a team of tutors and contributing to the plans, priorities and quality improvement of the wider curriculum team. You will be experienced in working with employers to develop their staff.

The post is varied and challenging while supporting learners from a variety of backgrounds and abilities, to gain qualifications and work in the Health and Social Care Sector.

You will be committed to the promotion of equality and diversity in all aspects of your work.

This is a full-time post, and you will be expected to work up to a maximum of 2 evenings a week.

You should have an appropriate teaching qualification at level 4 or above. You must have a vocational qualification in Health and Social Care at level 3 or above, an assessor and IQA qualification or equivalent. You should also have proof of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and experience in this subject.

Working Pattern

Full-time (37 hours per week), daytime and evenings within 9 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday (maximum 2 evenings per week). This is a 3 year contract.
