Job Details

Warwickshire Virtual School needs a suitably qualified and experienced teacher to join the team as Education Adviser for a fixed period of two years. Broad knowledge and experience of education settings and keen desire to ensure the best educational opportunities and experiences for children in the care of Warwickshire is essential.

The post holder will have responsibility for a caseload of school age children and be able to identify best practice and support settings to achieve the best outcomes.  They will need to be proactive and sensitive to needs and circumstances, readily signposting to support services and ensuring timely actions and follow up by liaising with relevant professionals.

This is a great opportunity to support the development of the work of the Virtual School to ensure Education Services and Social Care achieve their objectives for children and young people who are or have been in the care of Warwickshire.
