An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader within our Asset Management Team. We are looking for a talented, self-motivated individual who has the relevant experience and skills to meet the challenges required for this post.

The successful candidate will support the Property Manager in the management of the Council’s property portfolio including negotiating leases, rent reviews for land / premises, review of charging policies and collection of rents and debts whilst ensuring that the property portfolio is appropriate and suitable for the needs of service delivery across directorates in accordance with the Strategic Asset Plan.

You should have significant experience of successfully managing and delivering a property portfolio in relation to valuation, disposal and acquisition as well as the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.

A Degree and Post Graduate Qualification in Property Management or equivalent is required as is Chartered Membership of RICS and RICS Registered Valuer Status.
