Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you want to be part of a department who are moving to a new operating model focused on delivering innovative business ICT solutions?  If you do, we have 2 new roles that would be perfect for you.

Staffordshire ICT is responsible for the delivery of ICT services for Staffordshire County Council and some of its partners.

The Process Lead (Service Level and Change Management), will drive improvements around the delivery of ICT services to our customers including the management of service level agreements and the delivery of a service catalogue for ICT services including the commercial models that they are built upon. The individual will provide management and leadership of the ICT Change Board that assures and validates ICT driven changes within a highly complex and multi-faceted environment.

The Process Lead (Capacity, Availability, Problem and Continuity Management) will lead on the improvement of operational ICT service delivery through the analysis and investigation of issues and challenges, recommending changes that will improve the services we deliver.  The role will create ‘task focussed’ teams of staff from the wider resource pool and where necessary supply chains, to effect agreed changes.

We are looking for people who have a positive ‘can do attitude’, are comfortable working and producing management insights from data, are highly motivated with a drive to make a difference and have a track record of process improvement in a complex ICT environment.  ITIL, ITSM or similar would be a distinct advantage. The successful candidates will also need to be able to liaise with senior business leads, ICT suppliers and other teams within ICT managing virtual improvement teams as required.

This Authority is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people/vulnerable adults and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
