Finance Assistant

Grade 4, £18,933 per annum (actual salary £16,293)

Term Time only

37 hours pw (would consider 25 hours pw)

The Hart School is seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Assistant who can support the Finance Team in the administration of all financial aspects of the school. Duties will include assisting the Finance Manager in keeping accurate financial records, inputting financial information, use of various financial systems as well as dealing with day-to-day queries from staff, parents and external third parties.

With proven experience at this level in an organisation, your ICT and administrative skills will be first-rate. You must also have the ability to work under pressure, whilst meeting deadlines and, most importantly, maintain accuracy.
