Targeted Youth Support’s aim is for young people in Warwickshire to have a brighter future. We’re a small team of dedicated, professionally qualified youth workers who use our own knowledge, skills and experience to build positive relationships with young people. We work with young people aged 11 to 18 years.

 

It's an exciting time for Targeted Youth Support as we have received new funding and support from Warwickshire County Council and have recently doubled our workforce, bringing amazing new opportunities for staff and the young people and families we serve.

Youth Worker, Worker in Charge

 

We are seeking to recruit a youth worker who has experience and some qualifications in Youth Work to lead Targeted Youth Support centre-based delivery for 2 evening sessions per week. You will be a key holder for the building and support 2 part time staff as well as planning the delivery and evaluating the sessions. You will liaise with Young people's parent(s)/carer(s) where appropriate. You will be working with ages 11 – 13 yrs and 14 yrs – 18yrs. You will be managed by a full-time youth worker. The post is at Lillington Youth Centre, Leamington Spa.

 

 

The post is a fixed term contract until July 2022 and is term time only.
