As the Mobile Operations Analyst you will be working with the Mobile Operations Manager within a newly created Mobile Operations team. You will be responsible for facilitating and reporting on the success of operational digital technologies, working with the wider organisation to ensure their maximum effectiveness. There will be an expectation for you to be an expert in this field and bring extensive knowledge to the team, both in terms of existing use of mobile technologies already in place within the Police Force as well as alternative methods which could bring about service improvement.

- You are skilled in developing and maintaining key performance indicators regarding the operational use of digital technologies;
- You are able to provide insight to senior stakeholders on the uptake and usage of digital technologies across the Police Force, and identify blockers to performance;
- You can ensure outstanding communication and engagement is provided to users of digital technology through a variety of different methods.
- You are willing to become a Subject Matter Expert, providing technical support and consultancy in the operational use and function of the force’s mobile and digital technologies.
