 The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 5 secondary schools, 11 primary schools, a Teaching School, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield and North Warwickshire. A further secondary school and 2 primary schools have submitted applications to join ATLP during the next 12 months.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Site Assistant to support our Operations & Estates team with a wide range of site, health and safety and estates functions in our schools.

The successful candidates will undertake general site maintenance and cleaning duties, including responding to emergencies and maintaining security at ATLP school sites, as directed by the ATLP Operations and Estates Team.

Providing an effective and efficient Operations & Estates support service must be a key priority for the successful candidate.

Experience in an education setting is not essential. Most importantly, you will need to demonstrate relevant skills and experience, resilience, and interpersonal skills. You should have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with a wide range of staff across the Trust on a daily basis.

The successful applicant may be required to work at any establishment which forms part of the Learning Partnership, whether current or future, on a temporary or permanent basis, according to the needs of the Learning Partnership as part of our Learning Partnership arrangements.

Own transport, with business insurance, is essential and appropriate car mileage will be paid for additional travel where appropriate.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement of the role.
