Advanced Social Work Practitioner - Supporting Families First
37 hours per week
Salary up to £42,890* plus annual retention payment and a one off Welcome payment for external candidates of £3,000**
Following on from the success of Supporting Families First in our edge of care work with children, young people and their families we are looking to expand this multi-disciplinary team.
As part of the Worcestershire Children First 21/22 business plan we are investing in the Supporting Families First approach to delivering multi-disciplinary direct work to our Children in need with the aim of helping families create sustainable change.
Within this role you will be the allocated Advanced Social Work Practitioner leading the plan and you will be supported by a Team Manager with the intervention being delivered within your pod of multi-disciplinary workers who are assigned to the family.
Your main responsibilities include the coordination of our multi-disciplinary support to families within our pod system and utilising the use of the Worcestershire Webstar to form a family plan that aspires to and has delivered positive outcomes for families since our launch in January 2020.
