Pastoral Learning Mentor
Grade 5 Point 7-11
35 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per year)
Salary Grade 5: £20,092 - £21,749
FTE, Actual Salary £16,333.84 - £17,680.95
Governors are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Learning Mentor to work within the school safeguarding team. The role will include managing and delivering support strategies to ensure pupils access learning successfully and receive the wider support strategies to flourish both academically and personally.
You will need to be dedicated and reliable, have experience of working with children at an appropriate age and be an excellent role model for our pupils. You will need to demonstrate the qualities of compassion, pride and respect.
