Salary: Band B (Full Time Salary £18,562 - £19,312 (pro rata). Actual salary £6,957-£7,238
Working pattern: 2.5 days per week

We are seeking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic and positive Teaching Assistant to provide support for children with Speech, Language and Communication Difficulties within our Additional Resourced Centre and in enabling them to access the mainstream classrooms for part of their days.
The successful candidate will be working alongside our well-structured and supportive staff to help all our children enjoy, learn and achieve success. We are hoping that the successful candidate will have experience in supporting individual children in the classroom. The ability to work as part of a team and under your own initiative is important. The successful candidate must be patient, calm and flexible in their working practices.
This is a permanent contract linked directly to children with a specific speech, language and communication needs. The role will involve working alongside the ARC staff in providing class support and intervention for individual or small groups of children.
