We are looking to appoint a highly motivated qualified Teacher to the post of 2nd in Mathematics Department to raise levels of attainment through innovative and enthusiastic approaches to teaching and delivering across all Key Stages from January 2022 or sooner if possible. The successful applicant will be able to enthuse, engage, motivate and challenge pupils and staff towards raising achievement at all levels, and want to continually improve and develop the teaching and learning practice within their department and have high standards and expectations. Applications are invited from suitably experienced and qualified candidates who wish to further develop their own leadership capabilities, and feel they can make a real difference to the achievements of young people by delivering inspiring and targeted learning strategies.

Holte School is an oversubscribed, diverse, multi-racial, 11-18 community school who holds the IQM Flagship School Award. The school co-sponsors Blue Coat Church of England Academy in Walsall. The school is on a shared site with both a primary and a special school, with plans to develop our sixth form facilities. The school's ethos emphasises high quality teaching to achieve excellence and enable its students to maximise their potential.
