Are you passionate about teaching and learning? Do you have experience and expertise in EYFS enabling you to facilitate academic and personal growth? Can you lead, inspire and develop others to improve outcomes for all children?

St Albans C of E Academy is seeking to appoint an outstanding early years' teacher and inspirational leader who is enthusiastic, committed and motivated to driving standards and has high aspirations for all pupils in their care, taking on phase leader responsibility (for which a TLR will be awarded), to work in our incredible school from January 2022.

We are looking for someone who will

  • Be a dedicated practitioner, seeking to improve their own practice
  • Be an outstanding teacher, establishing positive relationships and delivering consistently high quality provision across EYFS
  • Have extensive knowledge of teaching and learning across EYFS
  •  Actively take part in wider school life
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge and support colleagues
  • Enjoy working as a team and share and collaborate with colleagues
  • Be flexible and adapt to the needs of the school and its pupils
