Salary:  £51,445- £55,529 per annum

37 Hours per week – Permanent

About the role

This post is a leader within the Wellbeing and Partnerships team who will provide specialist advice and support across the portfolio of Early Help. The role will identify and develop evidence, assess trends and outcomes, lead service/programme design and effective procurement to achieve better strategic outcomes for children and families across the system.

It will do this by using the principles of social action namely, being outcome focused, co-production, collaboration with citizens and partners, promoting innovation and continuous learning.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team and deliver against the national supporting families programme working in partnership to continue to improve outcomes for children and families in need of Early Help.

What you’ll bring

We are looking for a candidate who will be excellent at building and sustaining collaborative partnerships. You will be responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating strategies, commissioning services and managing performance of programmes and people and so you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others. This is a managerial role and therefore experience of managing staff is desirable.

Most of all though we are looking for a person who is keen to learn, able to respond to a changing, challenging and complex partnership working. We are looking for someone who is ambitious for our communities, courageous and empowered.
