Salary Scale: Scale 5-6 NJC. £19,562-£19,948 pro-rata, actual salary

25 hours a week Term time only (39 weeks)  Actual £11,369 (support FTE)

Norton Canes High School continues to enjoy growth in pupil numbers, and build upon our Ofsted grading of 'Good' to become 'Outstanding.' We are therefore, seeking a self-motivated, hardworking, and dedicated Science Technician to join our strong Science Department. The successful candidate will be supported by the Head of Science and Science Department. Science is hugely popular at the school and the technician provides a key support role by preparing experiment for science classes. 

Duties will include preparing materials for lessons, set up and distribute materials during lessons, safety checks in the laboratories at the end of each day and general administration and support for the teachers.
