O365 Technical Analyst
37.0 Hours per Week
As a key part of Solihull Council’s Digital Transformation Programme, we are currently seeking an O365 Technical Analyst to join our ICT infrastructure team, helping develop and support Microsoft Office 365 across the Council.
This exciting role will be working alongside and supporting the Technical Lead for M365 Services, working with colleagues across the Council to manage service requests and resolve issues in a pro-active and timely manner.
To be successful in the role you will need be a proactive and hands-on analyst, with strong technical expertise, previous experience and a detailed understanding of Office 365, together with good interpersonal and technical ICT problem solving skills.
