Birmingham City Council is seeking an enthusiastic people to join our busy Housing Support & Solutions Team to deliver our services. Currently there are 2 vacancies for the Resolution Champion to join our friendly team.

This role requires the post holder to deliver an excellent customer focused resolution service to internal and external customers. You will act as an escalation point to resolve complex customer enquiries and complaints. You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to work flexibly due to different demands and operate in a coordinated manner with other teams to ensure successful outcomes.
We are looking for someone who is able to be empathetic and respond to sensitive issues effectively, but who is firm when necessary. You will need to use your own initiative to resolve issues, and to be able to work under pressure in a very demanding environment.
