The Business Support Unit provides Business Support to a range of teams in the Adults and Communities Directorate. Like many services we have had a challenging year and have worked in flexible and creative ways to continue to meet the needs of the business. As the team develops we need to review current processes, and procedures and ensure that we are able to drive through any improvements necessary to ensure that we continue to provide a high quality service in a fast paced and changing work environment.

We are looking for a Business Support Systems Improvement Coordinator. Working closely with the Business Support Team Manager, the key areas of activity will be to co-ordinate the development of statistical reports that will be used to report against key performance indicators, to assess current process, procedures and systems and identify areas of improvement.

You will have excellent organisational, problem solving and communication skills and experience in performance planning and analysis which will include being able to translate complex data and present in a way that is clear and easy to understand for a varied audience.
