RECEPTIONIST

 

15 hours per week/39 weeks per year

 

Grade 3 pt 3 - 4 

 

Salary £18,562 - £18,933 (Actual Term Time Salary £6,467.18 - £6,596.37)

 

 

We are seeking to appoint a Receptionist to work in our very busy primary school office.

You will work under the supervision and guidance of the Admin Manager being the first point of contact for all enquiries and contribute to the smooth running of the school reception.  In addition you will provide efficient and effective administrative support for the school.

You will:

  • Have experience of dealing with members of the public.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be friendly, hard-working and professional
  • Be able to prioritise your own workload
  • Be a good team player

Qualifications:

  • NVQ L2 qualification in Business Admin or equivalent
  • Excellent Numeracy and Literacy skills
  • Excellent ICT/keyboard/typing skills

Hours of work:

Thursday and Friday          8.00am – 4.00pm

(working hours are subject to change in order to meet the needs of the school)

Closing Date:      Friday 15 October 2021 at 12noon

Interview Date:   Thursday 21 October 2021
