Job Details

The Resources and Transformation Directorate is responsible for delivering a variety of exciting large scale programmes, including; supporting 1000’s of local people into employment, training and education; by engaging them through the Black Country Impact Programme.

We are looking to recruit a motivated Quality Officer who has the skills, experience and techniques to support the quality and compliance process both internally and externally:

Impact Quality Officer - Ref: RT09721
G9: £33,782 – £38,890 per annum
Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2023


We are looking for a quality focussed individual, with the abilities to support officers both in the Impact programme management team and delivery teams to ensure our young people receive a quality focused support package funded through the Black Country Impact Programme.

The successful candidate will support specified themes of the programme and help ensure that Impact is developed and delivered in accordance within programme audit requirements and provide feedback to advisor’s, lead’s and programme management team on best practice, areas for improvement and any safeguarding or compliance issues identified.
