We are looking for an individual with commitment, energy and drive to join our team and work to provide positive learning experiences for all our pupils. In return we can offer a supportive working environment where all staff are valued and where there are opportunities for professional development.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • The ability to monitor, analyse data and be able to lead and motive others by example.
  • Have good organisational skills and be able to communicate effectively with children, parents and staff.
  • Enthusiasm for collaborative team-work and sharing best practice with others.
  • To monitor and assure the quality of teaching and learning, for SEN in line with the school policy and the SEND code of practice. (This may include lesson observations, monitoring of planning and scrutiny of pupils’ work and assessment data, modelling of outstanding lesson delivery and inset.)

We can offer you:

  • A friendly, welcoming rich and diverse community.
  • Happy children who enjoy coming to school.
  • Excellent Leadership CPD.
  • Guaranteed Leadership time to fulfil the role.
  • A commitment to help you further your career through professional development and support to develop your leadership skills.
