About us and the role:

We are currently recruiting to the South Warwickshire Recovery Service based in Stratford upon Avon.  If you are looking for a new challenge where you will be able to make a real difference supporting the recovery of adults with Psychosis, then this is the job for you.

 

The Person we are looking for is a team player who is passionate about the Recovery model and who is able to place service users at the centre of their care. The successful candidate will hold a caseload of individuals experiencing psychosis. and will be committed to working with individual's strengths in order to maximise autonomy and to promote recovery.

 

Mental Health Services in Warwickshire are provided in integrated teams managed by Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust (CWPT) in partnership with the Local Authority. Social Care is firmly embedded in the service and Social Workers have a clear identity supported by a dedicated management team and regular Social Care Forums.

Social Work expertise is highly valued within the multi-disciplinary team and opportunities for training and development are available both through the Local Authority and Trust.

 

You will be a qualified Social Worker, preferably with an AMHP qualification, contributing to the County wide AMHP service in addition to the recovery role.
