Teaching & Learning Support Assistant (Ball Green Primary School)
32.5 hours per week - Term time - fixed term until 20/07/2022

This role is funded through the ‘Recovery Premium’ and the successful applicant will provide learning support to a delightful class of Year 3 children in the morning and a targeted recovery programme to meet the individual needs of identified children each afternoon.
GCSE English and Maths [or equivalent];
Knowledge and experience of learning interventions, i.e. ‘Switch-On’ Literacy would be advantageous.
Skills and Experience
Have a proven track record of providing excellent support and challenge to all children based on the recommendations and advice of the class teacher;
Be a highly motivated and creative person with the energy to enrich an extremely creative curriculum;
Be familiar with the Primary curriculum;
Have excellent classroom management and organisational skills;
Have excellent interpersonal skills so that they communicate effectively with children, parents and colleagues;
Works effectively as part of a team and is able to exude inspiration;
Have a positive and nurturing approach.
