Caldmore Primary Academy is under the umbrella of Academy Transformation Trust, whose mission is to transform learning, aspirations and opportunities for their pupils and communities in which they live.

We are a warm, friendly and inspirational place which serves a richly diverse community, with around 30 different languages being spoken by children who join us from around the world. Our pupils are polite, inquisitive and motivated and all staff who work here are committed to providing a vibrant, stimulating environment where every pupil can and will succeed.

At Caldmore Primary Academy, we are looking for a Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children with SEN.  This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join the Caldmore Primary Academy SEN team.

In this key role, you will support a child with SEN whilst working closely with the SENCo, Class teacher and SEN team. The ideal candidate will be calm, patient, energetic and resilient.  They will be understanding, responsive and committed to inspiring and motivating children with SEN to reach their full potential and aspirations.

The successful application would work with a child with SEN in the morning and in the afternoon would be a class TA.

We are looking for a full time Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant who will ideally have a background in supporting children with SEN. You will bring everything it takes to engage children and transform their futures. Like us, you will be passionate about SEN, deeply committed to releasing potential and determined to make a difference every day. This is a funded post and will cease if the funding ends or the child leaves the academy.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to become a part of the Caldmore family and will benefit from working with the most delightful children and working alongside experienced, friendly and welcoming staff members. In addition, you will also be able to access a range of continuing CPD.

We believe in investing in our staff and we offer excellent career, training and professional development opportunities whilst continuing to be open to Flexible Working. You can also enjoy an exceptional package of benefits through our Together Programme.

If you feel you have the skills, experience and drive to add to the team and feel you would benefit from working in a school that is child centred, please apply now!
