The Business and Operations Manager plays a key role in managing the strategy and operation of the business functions of our school, including financial management, health and safety, human resources, premises management, whole school administration, management information systems and compliance.
Working in conjunction with School’s Senior Leadership Team and the Trust you will work both strategically and operationally to ensure the efficient and safe running of the school. The position of Business and Operations Manager is wide and varied and therefore requires an individual who can embrace the complexity of this role. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, management and communication skills and will need to be enthusiastic and self-motivated.
