The role will predominately be in the Customer Service Centre, based at The Guildhall and you will be the first point of contact for customers, whether that’s face to face, on the telephone or electronic queries from both internal and external customers. Alongside the Customer Service role, you will also assist with the day to day running of this beautiful Grade 1 listed building.
The Guildhall is also the administration centre for members of the City Council as well as providing a bespoke venue for weddings, events, conferences and meetings and attracting visitors to the City.
The role is part time, 22.5 hours per week to be worked over 3 days, preferably Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
