We have some exciting opportunities that have arisen in the Neighbourhoods Asset Management and Maintenance team.

We are looking for candidates that have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and be familiar with the production of documents using the Microsoft office suite of programmes.

Applicants must be presentable, proven to be extremely reliable and able to work on their own initiative to see tasks through to completion and achieve deadlines.

We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated person to develop a long-term career within fire risk management.  No previous experience required as full training will be provided, however it would be advantageous to have a background knowledge of building construction.

A typical day in this important role will involve the assessment of risks and hazards associated with fire, evaluating measures in place to protect people and premises, influencing and supporting others to act on recommendations and where appropriate reporting breaches.

You will require a Level 3 or equivalent in a Building Construction related subject and English and Maths at GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent).
