We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and professional individual to be the school receptionist to represent our academy. As a School Receptionist you will be the face of All Saints Multi Academy Trust and ensure a welcoming professional engagement to all children, staff and guests. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the school office as well as incoming calls. We are looking to appoint a confident candidate with excellent administration and communication skills who is well-motivated and proactive. The role will be based at St Thomas CE Academy, working hours 8.30am – 1pm Monday – Friday, term time only. To apply for this role you must:
• have knowledge of using SIMS
• be proficient in Microsoft Office with good ICT skills
• have excellent organisation skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• have positive and highly confident manner with all matters and a professional attitude
• have adaptability to carry out a variety of basic and administrative duties as well as providing support to other office team members
• be a team player who will work with colleagues across the multi academy trust
• speak fluent English as in accordance with part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016)
Previous experience of working in a school environment is an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided.
