Grade 3, £18,562 - £18,933 Full time equivalent
37 hours per week, Term Time including 5 Inset Days
Actual Salary - £15,966 - £16,804 (depending upon length of service)
We are seeking two friendly, approachable and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrators to join our existing administrative teams. You will be the first point of contact providing a full receptionist service, greeting parents, visitors, staff and students creating an efficient, polite and welcoming first impression.
You will also undertake a range of other administrative tasks including taking minutes at Senior Management Team meetings, other meetings as required and recording goods received on our asset management software program. We are looking for two Receptionist/Administrators who are flexible with a high level of organisational and good IT skills, that have a professional and personable demeanour to represent our schools.
Shenstone Lodge is a successful split site school for pupils who experience social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
The Shenstone Lodge site is situated near Lichfield and supports students from Year 1 to Year 7. The Brades Lodge site educates KS3 & 4 day students in Oldbury.
