We seeking an enthusiastic person interested in working within a busy school office environment. As part of the role you will be expected to greet visitors or parents making them feel comfortable and welcome when visiting our school.

Experience in an office environment is essential and you must be able to demonstrate your IT skills and have an excellent telephone manner. You will also need to have excellent written and communication skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines. We need someone who’s organised and efficient to ensure the day to day workload is managed effectively. You will monitor the payments and bookings for the school Breakfast and Afterschool clubs as well as dealing with school meals, newsletters and general administration duties. Above all, you’ll be interested in becoming part of a busy, dedicated and supportive team.

The post is 15 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 12.00pm (term time only). A flexible approach to work will be required.

All appointments are subject to satisfactory references and clearances, including an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service and medical clearance.
