Do you have significant experience of working in a senior leadership role in a complex political environment? Are you good at strategic leadership and delivery? Are you effective at partnership working with statutory, voluntary and community sectors?
This is an opportunity for an innovative, adaptable and dynamic individual with experience in the field of leading policy, research, and programme development.
Responsible for delivery of the Commissioners Police and Crime Plan, you should have excellent experience of working in collaboration to influence and develop effective and innovative projects. You will be working across a range of multi-disciplinary organisations, working with local partners to develop and implement force-wide priorities and associated strategies.
You will provide inspirational and strategic leadership and direction to our Policy Team and be a champion of equality, diversity and inclusion, whilst developing positive relationships with the wider office. We are therefore seeking someone with previous experience of operating at senior leadership level in a complex organisation.
You will have a demonstrable track record of organisational effectiveness, performance and continuous improvement. As a skilled influencer, you will bring strong stakeholder engagement skills. You will have experience in maximising funding sources and identifying funding opportunities, whilst managing large budgets.
