As Head of Transformation and Change you will be an enthusiastic and collaborative senior leader, able to work effectively with diverse services and teams to design and develop opportunities for change, with a focus on successful benefit delivery. As a key member of the Resources and Transformation function, you will manage a professional team of programme and project managers, project support and business analysis officers, as well as driving forward the Council’s Change Centre of Excellence. For us, change is constant. Your function provides assurance and governance to support change, and the Programme Management Office provides reporting on progress, risk management and benefit realisation to demonstrate value.
You will play a pivotal role in the wider corporate management of the Council. You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and provide direction and support to the seven strategic work stream areas which are focusing on; Customer Access and Management, Corporate Hub, Enabling Support Services, Third Party Spend, Income Generation and Cost Recovery, Enabling Communications and Culture and Enabling Technology.
