Summit Learning Trust are looking to appoint a highly motivated Site Officer to assist the Site Manager and the team in the provision of efficient and effective caretaking support of the school site, including general site duties and maintenance. The role will be based at Ninestiles School, An Academy, in Acocks Green but you must be prepared to travel to other sites within Trust if required.
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate that they have previous experience in caretaking and cleaning work, ideally within a school setting but this is not essential. Other essential skill sets involve the ability to be able to work flexibly and prioritise workload, work calmly under pressure and uphold a professional, friendly manner at all times. You should also have an awareness and understanding of H&S, cleaning and COSHH guidelines, although full training will be given.

Purpose of Role:
To work with the Site team to ensure the smooth running of the School. Undertake the caretaking, cleaning and site maintenance routines, and responding to emergencies, relating to the site as necessary.
