Hours per week: 27.5 per week, 12.30pm to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, all year round (may involve weekend work)

Contract Type: Fixed term till 31 August 2022 to provide extra help for seasonal variations in workload

If you have experience of site management and are keen to provide an excellent environment for learning at Clifton, we would like to hear from you. We are looking to appoint a Buildings Site Supervisor with good organisation, communication and people skills. Our site has 2 Private Finance Initiative buildings which are separately managed and

3 that require hard facilities management and ground maintenance provided by you.

You will:

• possess excellent communication skills

• be able to work with others to ensure effective facilities management across the whole site to support Teaching and Learning

• be efficient, enthusiastic and organised

• be able to work accurately and to tight deadlines

• have good literacy and numeracy skills; Maths and English GCSE Level Grade A-C is required

• be willing to be involved in the life of the school and develop good relationships with parents and their children, teachers and other support staff

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
