We are a research informed school with an exciting and engaging curriculum. We are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic KS1 teacher and KS2 teacher (2 vacancies) to join our amazing team from January 2022.
We are looking for teachers who:
•Have the highest of expectations for all pupils and are committed to supporting them to reach their full potential regardless of background or circumstance
•Recognise the importance of continuing professional development and educational research
•Are avid readers and recognise the importance of immersing children in quality texts
•Are committed to developing our ‘Learning Powers’ in our children (see our website)
•Understands and are committed to the work of Paul Dix and the importance of relationships in keeping all children safe
•Have a secure understanding of the Mastery approach to teaching mathematics (NCTEM)
•Are willing to contribute to the life of the school and its community
•Are great team players
The successful applicants will join an exceptionally hardworking team at this friendly, growing Primary School. They will also have very high expectations of pupils’ achievement and behaviour. The successful applicants will have a genuine enthusiasm for whole school life and will be ready to lead a subject across the school.
