20 hours per week (Mon-Fri Shifts 8-9am and 3:00 – 6:00pm)  

Salary: Grade B (£18,562 – £19,312 pro-rated) 

EXPERIENCED AND ENTHUSIASTIC PLAYWORKER NEEDED WITHIN OUR WELL ESTABLISHED CHILDCARE PROVISION
Little Acorns delivers a high quality service between the hours of 7.30am and 6.00pm. 

We are seeking to recruit a part-time play worker to join us in providing high-quality, safe and stimulating care in our before and after school childcare provision.  The role includes supervising the children, ensuring their safety at all times, engaging with them in aspects of play and conversation, setting up activities for children to take part in, meeting and greeting parents and providing them with feedback on their child’s time at the setting.

Applicants will have a relevant Level 2 NVQ (or equivalent) or above, preferably in play work, and have some experience of working with 3 – 7 year olds in a play environment.
