Old Park is a very successful Special School for pupils between the ages of 4-19 years.

We have a dedicated staff team and our most recent Ofsted (November 2018) judged us to be an outstanding school for the third time.

All of our pupils have severe or profound learning difficulties and all have Education, Health and Care plans to ensure their needs are met. Many pupils have sensory impairments or complex medical conditions and we have a significant number of autistic pupils.

Hours: 32.5 per week

Term Time only 39 weeks per year.

Salary: Grade 5 £20092 - £21749 FTE

Actual Salary: £15167 - £16418 + £1,325 SEN point per annum

Old Park is looking to recruit a suitably qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our highly successful school team. 

Successful candidate(s) must have an NVQ Level 3 equivalent or above in childcare/child development or education

Closing date: 18th October 2021 at midnight

Shortlisting: 19th October 2021

Interviews will take place on the 2nd and possibly 3rd November 2021
