An opportunity exists within the Licensing Team for an apprentice. Your role will be to support other team members enabling them to produce licences. The work will involve the checking of documents, the saving of them and then the uploading onto the computer system. You may be required to chase outstanding documentation as well as give advice to the public. You will work remotely most the time so should have good internet access and be computer literate. There will be a requirement to attend an office on occasions, where you will produce licences before posting them out. This is an ideal opportunity to learn about some of the workings of local government. You will receive full support and training. Your apprenticeship will be overseen by Riverside Training.
