This is an exciting opportunity to join the Enforcement Team at the largest local authority in the UK. We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible individuals to undertake the role of Statutory Penalty Investigation Officers.

You will be highly motivated and can demonstrate practical experience working within a pressurised customer environment working to strict deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. The role will include investigating and assessing individual circumstances relating to Penalty Charge Notices in line with the statutory procedure associated with the Transport Act 2000 and Traffic Management Act 2004. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to produce detailed replies to correspondence. Computer literate with the ability to accurately update systems and a high level of integrity to maintain confidentiality.   You will work as part of a busy team in delivering an effective and high-quality service. You will need to be a pro-active team player, with the ability to be flexible and work to deadlines.
