G1O - £37,890 - £42,821 Pro-Rata to hours worked.
Actual Salary for 37 hrs a week term time only - from £33,325 to £37,662
Federation school operational support staff (Business and Finance,

January 2022 with some handover beforehand if possible

Due to the retirement of the current, successful post-holder, we are now looking forward to finding our next Federation Business Manager, to continue her great work with well established systems, a supportive senior leadership team and wider school community. We will appoint an exceptional individual with unwavering positivity, and an outstanding track record in the leadership and management of school business and operations. The successful candidate will be ambitious for the federation and its learners; committed to the development of environment, self and others; and will be ready and motivated for an exciting new challenge.
Short Heath Federation in Walsall is comprised of three schools. These are Lane Head Nursery School, Rosedale C of E Infant School and Short Heath Junior School. The post holder will be joining our Federation Leadership Team as we continue our journey as a collaborative, supportive and progressive federation. This is an exciting time, and offers an opportunity to genuinely shape the future of the lives of our amazing children and families.
