Assistant Principal – Student Engagement & Welfare (L12 – L16)*

32.5 hours per week
We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, inspiring and enthusiastic professional to join our Senior Leadership Team at an exciting time in the school’s history. The role is to provide proactive and strategic leadership based on the successful candidate’s strengths and qualities. You will have proven leadership experience and possess the energy, enthusiasm and dedication to drive forward rapid and on-going developments while achieving the best possible outcomes for all of our pupils. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic individual, who will help to shape the future of the school.

Blue Coat Church of England Academy is one of the oldest educational establishments in Walsall, is well-respected and valued by the community it serves.
