Customer Liaison Officer
Housing Services is the landlord for the Council’s owned properties and offers a range of services to tenants and leaseholders.
Housing Services includes an in-house maintenance team that delivers a range of repairs and planned improvements to homes throughout the borough.
The post holder will play an important role within the team by ensuring delivery of a high quality service to a wide range of customers and assist with Housing repair works carried out by Craft Employees. The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring customers are kept informed at all times throughout their experience with DMBC, ensuring full compliance with Service Level Agreements and regulatory requirements.
