Housing Services is the landlord for the Council’s owned properties and offers a range of services to tenants and leaseholders.
Housing Services includes an in-house maintenance team that delivers a range of repairs and planned improvements to homes throughout the borough, ensuring that homes remain safe, comfortable and energy efficient.
The post holder will play an important role within the team by assisting the Project Manager in their daily duties, to effectively manage resources and assets within the Housing Maintenance Team. To assist in the daily delivery of a quality repairs and improvements service, meeting its service standards and financial targets. Assisting in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction along with managing trade colleague’s performance. Utilising directly employed engineers and contractors to deliver a full range of inspection, servicing and maintenance services. The post holder will also lead frontline service teams, which include craft colleagues, business support functions and contractors.
