We are seeking to recruit a passionate and professional Personal Assistant to the Executive Support Team to provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Service and/or nominees as and when required. The post holder is to be proactive and undertake comprehensive management of the Head of Service emails, diary appointments/conferences and deal with all enquiries on a day to day basis. Previous experience of working to a Senior Manager either in Local Government or other large complex organisational setting is essential with experience of minuting meetings.
