Job Details
The Executive Head Teacher and Governors of Albert Pritchard Infant and Wood Green Juniors Federated Schools are seeking to appoint a Senior Administrator to start November 2021.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is passionate about providing excellent customer service in our busy school office environment. You must be a real team player and have a strong desire to provide an efficient service, be tactful and confidential in all matters. As one of the first point of contacts, either by phone or in person, you will be expected to greet visitors and parents, making them feel comfortable and welcome when visiting our school.
Experience in an office environment is essential and you must be able to demonstrate your IT skills and have an excellent telephone manner. You will need to have good written and computing skills and be able to work confidently with all Microsoft and Google programs as well as being adaptable to other new software. You will also need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines. We need someone who’s organised and efficient to ensure the day to day workload is managed effectively and able to multi task. You will need to be flexible and creative, with the ability to transfer your skills from one area of expertise to another. Above all, you will become part of a busy, dedicated and supportive team.

Previous experience within a school environment would be an advantage.
Training will be given to the successful applicant.
