The Tudor Grange School Improvement Board is a team of educational advisers employed directly by the Trust to help improve the quality of education in schools both inside and outside of Tudor Grange Academies Trust.
The post holder will be responsible for administration related to the School Improvement Board
Specific responsibilities
This list is not meant to provide a narrow definition of specific responsibilities but to serve as guidance
Act in accordance with and in support of the aims and policies of the Trust
Provide administrative support for the SIB Leadership Team
Track delegated tasks where required and monitor progress, chasing any documentation or responses not received and keeping the SIB Leadership Team informed as appropriate.
Maintain filing systems for the SIB (electronic and hard copies as appropriate).
Co-ordinate meeting cycles for SIB Leadership Team and the schools with whom they work
Minute meetings.
The SIB administrator will be based in Tudor Grange Academy Solihull and will need to travel to other Trust schools in the Midlands. Travel expenses will be paid by the Trust, and travel will not extend the working day.
