37 hours per week, term time plus one additional week
St John Fisher Catholic College is part of Christ the King Catholic Collegiate, and we are seeking to appoint a Pastoral and Behaviour for Learning leader to work under
the direction of the Senior Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will have the responsibility for coordinating support for learners within a specific year group, ensuring
that they are enabled to make progress and achieve their potential. For 2021/2022, this will be Year 7.
The purpose of the post is to ensure that all learners make progress and achieve their potential. Behaviour for learning needs to be of a high standard both in and out of
lessons. This ensures that we can put into practice the Catholic mission of the school.
The post holder will:
• Make regular contact and facilitate meetings with parents, stakeholders and outside/external agencies to support positive behaviour for learning.
• Work within a team to promote positive wellbeing and signpost learners and parents to further support.
•Work with learners to promote positive behaviour for learning.
•Engage with matters relating to appropriate whole school issues.
