About the role 

It's an exciting time to join us within the HR&OD. We’re currently embarking on a major programme of work designed to strengthen and develop our culture by harnessing the insight and lived experience of everyone, and this role will play a key part in helping to make this happen.   Your knowledge and understanding of OD processes and interventions will help us further develop and embed cultural and behavioural change and support the improvement of employee engagement.   Working closely with members of the HR team, your expertise in the management and development of career frameworks, workforce development, talent and succession planning will help us to create, deliver and evaluate learning strategies and development interventions designed to build high performance.    

Sector experience is not essential.  If you’ve previous experience of Organisational Development delivering proven business benefits in a complex organisation, whether as a stand-alone practitioner or manager, and have an up to date knowledge and understanding of organisational design techniques and approaches, we’d love to hear from you.
