Salary: HC11 £43,857 - £48,117

We are looking for an experienced litigation lawyer covering complex civil, criminal, employment, and land tribunal cases. Candidates with experience in employment matters particularly are encouraged to apply.
The role demands working closely with clients across several Directorates of the Council in order to proactively coordinate and manage a mixed caseload of litigation matters.
This role would suit someone who has experience of conducting Litigation within Local Government and is adept at conducting their own advocacy. This would include the requirement to conduct advocacy at various court hearings within the County Court, Magistrates Court and Tribunals. You’ll have excellent communication, drafting, advocacy, analytical skills, and organisational skills.
