Relief School Crossing Patrol Wardens (3 x positions) – Ref: RT11321
Salary: G3 £9.81- £10.21 per hour

We require Relief School Crossing Patrol Warden’s to cover for absence and vacancies at school crossings across the borough.

This presents a great opportunity for interested individuals to support by providing safe crossing environment’s for children and members of the public, to and from designated schools. These positions are very rewarding, promoting job satisfaction.

Details of the post:-
The approximate working patterns of the post are detailed below; however, this will vary slightly depending on the location of the premise.

The post comprises of 9 hours per week- 39 weeks per year.
Cover is required from Monday to Friday.


  • 8.00am – 9.30 am (approximate)
  • 2.50 pm – 16.00 pm (approximate)

This post is covered by the Government’s Code of Practice on the English Language Fluency Duty for public sector workers.  The post holder will be required to communicate verbally with customers and provide advice and/or information in accurate spoken English.
